Just because school is out for summer doesn't mean the brain should be on vacation, too.

Neil McNerney, a counselor and parent consultant, brought some great ideas to Fox 8 News in the Morning on how to sneak learning into summer.

From MadLibs to adaptations of popular games like Jenga, it's easy to add an educational flare to your child's time off.

McNerney also shared ideas of how to teach your kids while traveling, for example, by designating someone the 'family trip accountant.'
