Formerly Missing Woman Located

JACKSON TWP., Ohio — A formerly missing woman with the mental capacity of a 10-year-old was located.

A statewide emergency alert was issued for Kristin Ann Jones, 22, after she was last seen on Monday at 9:50 p.m.

The alert was canceled about 12 hours later when Jones was found on foot.

She was said to be in safe condition.
