Pay It Forward: When it Rains, it Pours

There’s an old saying that “when it rains, it pours.”

Well, that’s the case with a Chardon woman who is experiencing her share of bad luck.

That’s why FOX 8 and The Word Church gave the woman’s friend eight $50 bills to Pay It Forward to her struggling friend.
