Bruschetta Burgers

Bruschetta Burgers with Grilled Ciabatta and Pesto Mayonnaise

Ingredients:
- 1½ Pounds Market District Certified Angus Ground Beef
- 1 Tbsp. Garlic, minced
- Salt and Pepper
- 1½ Tbsp. Basil, fresh chopped
- Ciabatta Bread
- 1 Tbsp. Olive Oil
- 2 Ounces Basil Pesto
- ¼ Cup Mayonnaise
- 8 Slices Fresh Mozzarella
- 1 Cup Bruschetta
Directions:
Heat grill to medium high heat. In a small bowl combine the Market District Certified Angus Ground Beef, ½ Tbsp. garlic, basil, salt and pepper. Form into patties about 6 ounces each. Oil grates lightly and place burgers on grill. While burgers are cooking brush the ciabatta with olive oil and remaining garlic. Place onto grill and lightly grill. Remove from grill. Turn burgers over and finish cooking to desired degree of doneness. Next, combine the basil pesto and mayonnaise and mix well. Spread the pesto mayonnaise on ciabatta bread followed by the burger. Top with the fresh mozzarella and bruschetta and serve.
