NORTH ROYALTON, Ohio — Children will have a chance to see and climb aboard many of the safety service vehicles that they regularly see in their community at the North Royalton Safety Fair.

The annual Safety Fair & Open House helps kick off National EMS Week on Saturday, May 19th from 10:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. The event is being held at the North Royalton Fire Department, Station #1, at 7000 Royalton Road.

Those attending will have the opportunity to climb aboard a fire truck, ambulance, walk through the Fire Safety House and visit different safety exhibits.

Plus a special appearance will be made by the Cleveland Clinic Hospital’s Critical Care Helicopter and their Pediatric Ambulance.

Parents will have the chance to get their child car seats checked and learn about the proper way to transport children between the ages of 4-8 in booster seats.

And if the safety service vehicles don’t interest the kids an appearance by the Screamin’ Demon Monster Truck will have them in awe.
