LYNDHURST, Ohio — The gift of sight will be celebrated at The Cleveland Sight Center’s White Cane Walk on June 9, 2012.

The annual event is a fun way for those donating their time and charitable contributions to be truly involved in the fundraiser. Participants will use a white cane while walking blindfolded around Legacy Village with the assistance of a sighted guide partner.

The event steps off at 10:00 a.m. and runs until 1:00 p.m. Prizes will be awarded to the top fundraisers.

Trapper Jack from WDOK 102.1 FM will be Master of Ceremonies. The well known Cleveland radio host will share his own experience with vision loss.
