Alkaline Green Smoothie

Ingredients;

  • 1 cucumber
  • 1 tomato
  • 2 celery ribs
  • 2 lettuce leaves
  • Small handful of spinach
  • Small handful of cilantro
  • 1 green onion
  • 1 clove of garlic
  • freshly squeezed juice from l lemon
  • 1 cup of either green juice or water
  • ½ avocado
  • Pinch on ‘Real Salt’
  • Ice – optional

Blend everything together in a VitaMix blender and serve immediately or pour the smoothie into a glass jar and refrigerate for later.

Serves one person.

Alkaline Green Juice aka Greentini

Ingredients;

  • 1 cucumber
  • 2 celery ribs
  • 2 green lettuce leaves
  • Small handful of spinach
  • Handful of green parsley
  • Small handful of wheatgrass
  • Freshly squeezed juice from 1 lemon

Process through the juicer the cucumber, celery, lettuce, spinach, parsley and wheatgrass and add lemon juice to it and stir everything together.

Pour the juice into a chilled martini glass and serve.

Serves one person.
