Juvenile Justice Center Evacuated After Report of Smoke

CLEVELAND — The Cuyahoga County Juvenile Justice Center was evacuated Friday morning, Fox 8 News reports.

Prosecutor’s Office Public Information Officer Maria Russo tells Fox 8 News that there had been a report of smoke coming from the fourth floor of the building, which remains closed. Cleveland Fire Department crews have cleared the rest of the scene.

An investigation is ongoing.

The Juvenile Justice Center is located at 9300 Quincy Avenue in Cleveland.
