My Town: Workshop Addresses Coyote Concerns

BAY VILLAGE – Coyotes have become a growing concern in some suburban neighborhoods.  So the Lake Erie Nature and Science Center will host the discussion Coyotes: Your Newest Neighbors on Thursday, March 8 at 7:00 p.m.

Scott Peters from the Ohio Division of Wildlife will address questions, separate fact from fiction and try to calm fears.  He will discuss what is bringing coyotes into communities and give you tips on keeping coyotes away from your home.

Tickets may be purchased in advance for $7 per person by calling the Center at 440-871-2900.  Tickets will be on sale at the door for $10 per person.  Lake Erie Nature and Science Center is located at 28728 Wolf Road.
