My Town: Tri-C Introduces Cleveland Chef Series

Learn the secrets of local chefs with Cuyahoga Community College’s (Tri-C) Cleveland Chef Series.  The events take place weekly at the Hospitality Management Center at Public Square.

Each week a local chef will offer a lecture and cooking demonstration which is FREE and open to the public.  No registration is required.

Chef Lisa Seppi of The Cheese Shop will kick off the series Wednesday, February 1 with Cheese 101.

Classes take place from 1:00 p.m. to 3:00 p.m. every Wednesday through April at the Hospitality Management Center, unless otherwise noted.

2/15  Basic Cake Decorating: Chef SynDee Bergen, Cookie and Cupcake

2/22  Mushrooms: Chef Douglas Katz, Fire Food and Drink
2/29  Tapas: Chef Brian Okin, Fountain
