Asian Inspired Salmon in a Foil Pouch
Pre heat oven to 400*
- 18” piece of aluminum foil
- 8oz. piece of Organic Salmon or Halibut, Sea Bass, Tilapia
- Scallion sliced
- ½ of a Portabella sliced
- ¼ of a Red Pepper
- 1 teaspoon teriyaki sauce
Fold foil in half, place fish in center of one half, top with vegetable and teriyaki sauce.
Fold over foil; seal all sides by folding a couple times toward center. Not to tight the fish needs room to steam. Place on a sheet pan and place in oven. Cook for 10 minutes. Thicker fillets will take longer.*Rule of thumb 10 minutes per inch of thickness of fillet.
When you take the fish back out of the oven let it rest for a couple minutes before opening. CAUTION – open with tongs, steam inside the pouch is HOT.
