Help others this holiday season.  Beech Brook, a local organization that helps kids struggling with emotional and behavioral problems and so much more, is accepting donations of new, unwrapped toys and gift cards for children ages 5 through 17.    “We all think of the holidays as a magical time for children, but for those who don’t have families or who are struggling with emotional problems, the season can be far from bright. Many of the children we serve have experienced serious abuse, neglect or other trauma, and many are living in extreme poverty. Every gift, every kindness – at this time of year and always – will help bring a smile to the faces of those children who need it most,” said Nancy J. Kortemeyer, Assistant Vice President of Marketing and Public Relations.
